friday dun seems to go very smoothly for me comparing to the previous ones although i've got product for the stupid expt 9. i think it really drills down to nt having a good start in the morning or even a bad ending in the previous nite.

thurs nite: results for polymer chem was out. wat i tot was a relatively easier to score paper, i had only scored the median of the cohort. i finally realize the disappointment tt alex had felt on tues. i do think my impact was greater, as i expected the same kind of marks as his but my scores r much lower. haiz.

fri morning (~9am): when i was in the com lab ready to go to the lab, i realised tt i had forgotten to bring my expt 8 lab report which i had printed the previous nite. 1 lucky thing is tt i happened to save a copy into my thumbdrive, which i didnt do for any of my other lab reports. i printed everything except for my IR spectrum, hoping to print in the lab.

thruout the lab: especially during the formation of grignard, i dunno y, i was panicking the whole while, with my hands trembling somemore. lucky enuf, one of the TA came to help me out for the whole reaction. at 1st, i tot tt my expt would go wrong, but the TA made miracle n i got my grignard gg. haha.

one thing bad is tt when i went to search for my IR spectrum for expt 8. my spectrum was being 'touch' n the whole spectrum gone wrong. luckily, i had a bunch of frens tt r willing to help me out when i am in trouble, they gave me suggestions how to solve the situation. n reminded me of calling my bro-in-law, ask whether he is free to deliver my report to me. n lucky enuf, he is! haha...

another knock down to me, when i went out to call my bro-in-law, i saw lotsa ppl in front of chen hongyu's door searching for papers. 212 test paper. of the pile of good frens paper, i scored one of the lowest. although i expected it to be tt way, as my q1 went totally wrong, but im still disappointed. if i had not panic during the test, i would be in the 80s pile n nt the 60s pile. idiot! sianz. q1 got 0 but the other rest of the qns, i got all almost full, except for last qns which most of the cohort died in.

although im dead unlucky on fri, but it seems tt all the small lucks help to overcome my unluckiness.

i must buck up now, since my aim is high, so my momentum should go faster now tt its ard 5 wks to exam only. n of cos, NOT TO PANIC IN COMING TESTS & EXAMS!!!
